How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email within 2-3 business days with your tracking ID. You can track your order by clicking the link or by copy & pasting the code onto our Track Your Order page.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do I get a receipt for my order?

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return an item?

Returning or exchanged items must be:

Dispatched back within 30 days or receiving your order

Sent in original condition, including tags and packaging

We strongly advise that you use a tracked and insured shipping method. This is for your own protection in case of loss or damage to the returning item(s)

Write "RETURN" on the package to help avoid any taxes on import, any taxes incurred during the returns process will be deducted from the final refund

What sim card do I get?

Every order includes a complimentary SIM card, and we offer the following carrier options below. However, you are also welcome to use your own SIM card if you prefer.

United States:

Verizon, AT&T & T-mobile are all available.

Canada:

Telus, Bell, Rogers are all available.

Australia:

Telstra & Optus are available.

United Kingdom:

Manx, Vodafone, 3 & Telefónica are all available.

Other countries:

You're responsible for getting your own SIM Card and purchasing a data plan.

How much data does this use?

Data is only required when you open the app to view your camera or past footages. 

To view footage in SD, it uses 0.9-1.9MB per minute

To view footage in HD, it uses 1.9-3.8MB per minute

Therefore, if you plan to get 1G of data per month, you can watch approximately 350 minutes of HD definition.
