Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy for most items.
To be eligible, the item must be in new or resellable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and tags. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs (tracked shipping recommended to ensure safe delivery).
Exchanges are also available for items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Non-refundable items include gift cards and custom orders.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@premiuminvention.com to obtain instructions and your specific return address.
Because we operate multiple warehouses, the return location may vary depending on your country or region. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Once your item is received and inspected (usually within 5–7 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or send your exchange promptly. There are no processing or restocking fees for eligible returns. For defective items within 30 days, we may cover return shipping at our discretion.
Warranty Policy
Our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers internal issues and manufacturing defects. External damage—such as drops, falls, water exposure, vandalism, or improper use—is not covered.
If your product is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
To make a warranty claim, please email support@premiuminvention.com to receive your detailed instructions first. You are responsible for shipping the item to us, but if your claim is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping for the repaired or replaced product.
